• Promotional Products include:  Applies to all AboveNet products.
• Deals cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• 2 year contract minimum.
• For the ONE location OFF-NET (up to 1500 ft. from Backbone via SE MapPoint), then there will be NO CHARGE for the Off-Net lateral and riser (does not include special cases such as railroad, bridges or river crossings).
• For the ONE location ON NET in building riser charges will be waived for qualified promotion deals only.
• Customer is responsible to secure building access rights for lateral and riser construction.
• The customer contract and first invoice will prominently indicate NRC Credit for the no charge build up to 1500 ft.
• If a customer is greater than 1500 ft. from our Backbone first 1500 ft. of construction charges will be waived and the customer would be required to pay for the additional footage via NRC or NRC / MRC conversion.
• Promotion good until December 31, 2011.

All contracts must be fully executed by Customer and countersigned by AboveNet by December 31, 2011 to qualify for the promotion.
